Academic Counseling and Remote Assistance Service
KNOU provides customized academic counseling services for enrolled students, graduates, and prospective students via telephone (Academic Counseling main number: 1577-9995). Students can inquire about academic affairs related to admission and graduation, obtain various information to solve academic problems, and receive remote assistance service to set up the PC environment for taking U-KNOU Campus classes.
Service hours: 09:00 to 18:00 on weekdays (※ Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)
Tutoring
To prevent new and transfer students from dropping out, KNOU provides customized learning services in the first semester of enrollment through tutoring. Tutors, who are selected according to the students’ majors, encourage students’ learning participation through the tutoring website and provide online study guidance and Q&A sessions on their major subjects (1 to 2 courses).
Mentoring
Senior students become mentors who help first-year students adjust to school life and distance learning. Mentors share their learning experiences and know-how via the mentoring website and provide key academic information and useful learner support services.
