Through the study of future-oriented environmental health that places importance on the harmony between humans and the natural environment and the health of humans, the Department of Environmental Health Systems aims to foster a new concept of environmental health management experts who are proficient in both theory and practice, meeting the demands of future society. Accordingly, it offers courses in integrative environmental health systems on environmental management of various mediums such as water, atmosphere and underground water, recycling of wastes, exposures and health risk assessments for environmental and occupational hazards, and case studies of environmental health. Through such educative methods, the department ultimately aims to contribute to environmental conservation and health risk prevention.
