The educational objective of the Department of Public Administration is to foster competent administrators who will meet society’s rapidly changing needs and contribute to national development. In other words, the primary goal of our teaching is to impart knowledge about the administration sector, which has served as a driving force and agent of social change for modern national development, and foster skills and attitudes needed for effective state administration activities.
We also provide opportunities for retraining to those who are engaged in administrative work as mid-level staff; for those who are not yet involved in administrative work, we provide basic administrative theories and knowledge that can be applied to actual administration, while expanding their understanding of administrative phenomena to improve their potential to contribute to national development.
